The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N Chandrababu Naidu, has described the recently presented Union Budget as “well-balanced and forward-looking.” In a statement made, Naidu praised the budget for its focus on self-reliance and inclusive development.

Naidu commended the budget’s emphasis on strengthening the manufacturing sector, improving ease of doing business, empowering women, farmers, youth, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He also highlighted the Budget’s provision for direction and velocity to India’s economic growth.

Naidu expressed his belief that the Union Budget would help India maintain its growth momentum and move closer towards its goal of becoming the world’s third-largest economy, as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Chief Minister also congratulated the Prime Minister and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for presenting a budget that balances short-term needs with medium- and long-term sustainability. He further emphasized that wealth creation forms the core of the Budget, which he believes will ultimately lead to improved living standards.

Naidu also noted India’s leadership in technology and expressed confidence that the Budget would support the next phase of reforms in areas such as artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing. He also mentioned the potential benefits for Andhra Pradesh from the proposed three high-speed rail corridors.
