The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) carried out raids on Friday, January 30, 2026, targeting properties associated with employees of the Judiciary Department in several districts, including Krishna, NTR, and Guntur. During the search at the Kadiyam Sub-Registrar’s office, Eppili Lakshmi, a Grade-I sub-registrar who recently transferred from Samalkot and is currently working in Kadiyam since October 2024, authorities seized ₹79,000 from her room. The ACB officials have stated that the searches are ongoing.
