In a shocking turn of events, a 20-year-old pregnant YouTuber, Chittari Vaishnavi, was allegedly murdered by her husband in the Madhapur village, Jagtial district, near Hyderabad, Telangana. The incident occurred on Monday morning, leaving the local community and social media users in mourning.
According to police officials, Vaishnavi was found covered in a pool of her own blood with stab wounds on her neck and chest, suggesting she was first strangled. The prime accused in this case is her husband, Hari Babu, who has been absconding since the incident.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the couple had a fight late at night on Monday, during which Hari allegedly committed the crime. The two had been married for 10 months and were living separately due to arguments with Vaishnavi’s in-laws. It was reported that Vaishnavi was three to four months pregnant at the time of her death.
Vaishnavi’s father claimed that her success had become a source of friction with her husband, and she was being harassed for dowry by her husband, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law.
