In a crucial move for the upcoming board exams, the education boards of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have made the TS SSC and AP SSC hall tickets available to students. These documents serve as admission tickets for the examinations, with entry into the examination centers denied without them.
The Telangana Board of Secondary Education has utilized a new digital system to issue the hall tickets, which are accessible to approximately 5.28 lakh students. This year, these tickets have been distributed directly to parents’ mobile numbers via WhatsApp in PDF format. The hall ticket includes a QR code, scanning which reveals the examination center details, thus preventing the use of fake tickets and enabling immediate verification.
To obtain the TS SSC hall ticket, students can visit the official website at bse.telangana.gov.in and click on the SSC Hall Ticket 2026 link. They are then required to enter their district, school, name, and date of birth to download the admit card. Alternatively, school authorities will also download and distribute the hall tickets to students.
TS SSC exams are scheduled from March 14 to April 16, 2026. The hall ticket will contain the student’s name, date of birth, subjects, exam center, and instructions. If there are any mistakes in the admit cards, candidates must inform the board immediately. They must also verify the exam center in advance, as a school ID is mandatory on the hall ticket.
In parallel developments, the Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has released hall tickets for class 10 exams. These apply to all regular, private, OSSC, and vocational students. School officials are required to download and distribute them to students, while private students can access them directly.
To obtain the AP SSC hall ticket, students can visit the official website at bse.ap.gov.in and click on the AP SSC Hall Ticket 2026 link. They will then need to enter their school code, username, password, complete a captcha, and download the admit card. Alternatively, by sending “Hi” to WhatsApp number 9552300009, students can select Education Services and provide their app number or child ID and date of birth to receive the hall ticket PDF. Lastly, school authorities can also utilize the LEAP App for this purpose.
By releasing these hall tickets, both boards aim to ensure a smooth and secure process for the upcoming SSC exams in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Students and parents are advised to download and print their admit cards in advance to avoid any last-minute inconveniences.
