In Hyderabad on January 16, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy initiated discussions with army officials regarding the resolution of outstanding issues, primarily focusing on land allotment and the establishment of Sainik Schools. The dialogue was held during the “Civil Military Liaison Conference” that took place in the city.
The talks between the Telangana government and the Indian Army also encompassed defense land allotment for developmental projects and other unresolved administrative matters between the two entities. The specifics of these issues were not disclosed.
