Deccan Alert | Telangana Government Announces Major Administrative Reshuffle in Hyderabad

In a bid to streamline operations and optimize office space, the Telangana government has initiated an extensive administrative reshuffle across Hyderabad. The move aims to consolidate offices and make better use of available infrastructure.

As part of this reorganization, several identified government offices will be shifted to T-Hub, while others will be relocated to various government-owned complexes in the city. One of the key relocations involves the Begumpet Divisional Office of the Revenue (Commercial Taxes) Department, which is set to move to T-Hub.

The Chief Secretary, K Ramakrishna Rao, has directed heads of departments to ensure smooth arrangements for this transition process. The energy and environment departments will be relocated to the Tuljaguda Complex.

In order to minimize disruptions to public services during this phase, the Chief Secretary has instructed all concerned department heads to make necessary logistical and administrative arrangements. He believes that these changes will improve coordination among departments and enhance accessibility for citizens.

The relocation process is expected to unfold in phases, with details regarding timelines yet to be announced.
