Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will consider the request made by the association regarding the allocation of land for the Advocates Housing Society.

The Telangana High Court Advocates Association (THCAA) met Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills on Sunday. In the meeting, THCAA President Anumula Jagan, Secretary Khaja Vizarath Ali, and other committee members submitted a representation to CM Revanth Reddy highlighting the grievances of High Court Advocates and the legal fraternity.

One of the key demands made by the association was the allocation of 50 acres of land around the New High Court Building, which is currently under construction at Rajendranagar. The THCAA seeks this land for the establishment of an Advocates Housing Society.

The association also congratulated CM Revanth Reddy on the allocation of Rs. 1,028 crore for the construction of the New High Court Building at Rajendranagar, as reported earlier by The Hindu. This development is being viewed positively by the legal fraternity as it aims to address long-standing infrastructure issues in the existing high court premises.

This move by the THCAA comes as part of a broader effort to improve facilities and working conditions for advocates associated with the Telangana High Court, in line with modern standards. It remains to be seen whether Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will consider the request made by the association regarding the allocation of land for the Advocates Housing Society.

Stay tuned as we follow this developing story and bring you more updates on the progress of the New High Court Building and the initiatives taken by the Telangana High Court Advocates Association to improve conditions for advocates in the region.
