Hyderabad, July 18, 2025 – The Telangana High Court on Thursday issued notice to the state government in response to two petitions filed by Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president and MLA KT Rama Rao (KTR), seeking to quash criminal cases registered against him at Nakrekal, Nalgonda.
The petitions were heard by Justice K Lakshman, who instructed the police to continue their investigation in the cases and submit all witness statements by the next hearing date.
