Hyderabad, September 9th – Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy convened a meeting with senior officials and ministers Konda Surekha, D Seethakka, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, and Adluri Laxman on Monday to discuss the ongoing developmental works in Medaram and the Basara Gnana Saraswati Temple. The Chief Minister expressed his intention to personally inspect the site this week to ensure progress.
In the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized the urgency of completing all developmental works in Medaram within 100 days, particularly ahead of the upcoming Maha Jatara. He also proposed the construction of check dams across the Jampanna Vagu river to improve water retention in the area and facilitate better facilities for devotees.
During the meeting, officials presented their plans for the development of both Medaram and Basara temples. The Chief Minister was informed about the progress made so far and the necessary arrangements being made for his inspection. No further details were provided regarding these arrangements.
