In a move to galvanize support ahead of the upcoming local body elections, scheduled for announcement within the next few days, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy initiated his campaign at a public gathering in Kodangal on Monday. The event was significant as it coincided with the Chief Minister’s visit to his home constituency, where he also laid the foundation stones for several developmental projects such as a centralized kitchen and an Anganwadi center.
Speaking at the rally, Revanth Reddy urged the citizens to vote for “development and the welfare of all sections in the people’s government.” The Chief Minister’s emphasis on development aligns with his administration’s ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and services across various sectors in Indiramma Rajyam.
The campaign launch comes as a precursor to the local body elections, which are expected to be held soon. These polls will elect representatives for various local bodies such as panchayats, municipalities, and corporations, playing a crucial role in grassroots governance and decision-making.
