In a strategic move, India-based automotive dealership company Bharat Benz has announced a partnership with AUDI India. The collaboration is facilitated through Imperion Cars Private Limited, a subsidiary of Popular Vehicles & Services Limited.
Under the agreement, Bharat Benz will establish five AUDI touchpoints across major cities in Andhra Pradesh, including Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada. This ambitious expansion marks Bharat Benz’s entry into luxury vehicle retail operations in the region.
Notably, this partnership goes beyond just establishing new dealerships. Imperion Cars Private Limited has received three Letters of Intent for retail operations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, which also includes taking over existing AUDI dealer operations. This move is expected to strengthen Bharat Benz’s presence in the competitive luxury car market.
