In a bid to alleviate concerns over potential fuel shortages, the Telangana government has emphasized that petrol and diesel supplies across the state remain stable. According to official data, the average daily supply of petrol in Telangana is approximately 5,883 kilolitres (KL), while diesel supply hovers around 7,348 KL. The combined daily fuel supply stands at a steady 13,231 KL.
On March 25, the fuel supply surpassed the daily average, with petrol reaching 10,799.5 KL and diesel standing at 11,327.5 KL. The combined supply on that day totalled 22,127 KL.
In an attempt to allay any fears, the government has urged citizens not to panic and stressed that petrol and diesel supplies will continue uninterrupted across the state.
