Amidst a chilly winter, residents of the Telugu states are bracing for more intense cold waves this week. The Hyderabad weather center has issued an orange alert for eight districts, including Adilabad, and a yellow alert for other districts in Telangana due to the expected super cool weather.
The minimum temperatures in several districts of Telangana are expected to be 2 to 3 degrees below normal on December 29-30. The dry weather is making the cold bite even harder, leading the weather department to issue these alerts.
