
The Telangana Cabinet has cleared arrangements for the housewarming ceremonies of beneficiaries under the Indiramma housing scheme at Bendalampadu in Chandrugonda mandal of Kothagudem district. Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy made this announcement on Monday, stating that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will inaugurate the Indiramma houses on August 21.
The minister, along with District Collector Jitesh V Patil, Superintendent of Police B Rohith Raju, and several MLAs, including Jare Adinarayana (Aswaraopet), Payam Venkateswarlu (Pinapaka), Tella [Venkat Rao] (context not provided), Koram Kanakaiah, Ramdas Naik, and Matta Ragamayee, were present during the meeting.
The Indiramma housing scheme is aimed at providing affordable housing to the underprivileged sections of society. The houses are being built in various parts of the state, including Kothagudem district’s Bendalampadu. Once inaugurated, these homes will provide a decent living space for many families.
This initiative by the Telangana government is part of its broader mission to improve the quality of life for its citizens and ensure housing for all.
