Hyderabad, December 16 – In a move aimed at ensuring fairness and preventing malpractices during examinations, the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TG BIE) has announced that it will implement the jumbling system for practical exams starting from February 2, 2026.

Under this system, students appearing for practical exams in government-sector junior colleges will be allotted to different colleges for their tests. The decision follows the successful implementation of the same system for theory exams earlier this year.

To further strengthen the examination process and maintain transparency, the TG BIE has also decided to install CCTV cameras during practical examinations. This move is expected to ensure a level playing field for all students by monitoring the examination process closely.

Additionally, special provisions have been made for candidates participating in the JEE Main, India’s premier engineering entrance examination. The details of these provisions are yet to be disclosed by the TG BIE.

The introduction of the jumbling system and CCTV monitoring is expected to create a more secure and fair environment for students during their examinations, fostering a culture of integrity and academic excellence in the state of Telangana.
