Deccan Alert | Virtual Dak Adalat to Address Customer Grievances Regarding India Post Services in Telangana State

Hyderabad – In an effort to address customer complaints and grievances related exclusively to India Post services, the Chief Postmaster General (CPMG), Telangana Circle, has announced a virtual Dak Adalat scheduled for December 29 at 11 am. The initiative aims to provide a platform for the public to voice their concerns and seek resolutions.

However, it is important to note that matters pertaining to staff issues, service matters, or court cases will not be addressed during this event. These specific matters will be handled separately, as stated in an official communique.

The deadline for submitting complaints and grievances is set for December 22. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their concerns via the designated channels prior to the scheduled Dak Adalat.

This virtual meeting comes as part of ongoing efforts by India Post to improve customer service and address any issues that may arise in its operations across Telangana State, under the leadership of the Postmaster General, Naresh.

The public is advised to visit their local post offices or check the official India Post website for further details on how to participate in the virtual Dak Adalat and submit their complaints or grievances.
