The Minister for Revenue, Registration, and Stamps, Anagani Satya Prasad, signed the first file of the year, marking the removal of five categories of land from the prohibited 22A list.
This decision comes as a response to the directions of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, aiming to ease restrictions on various types of lands. The excluded categories include those allotted to ex-servicemen, serving soldiers, freedom fighters, political sufferers, and private patta lands assigned before June 18, 1954.
